This special departure is scheduled
to coincide with one of the world's most wonderful natural phenomena - the
annual polar bear 'migration' along the coast of Hudson Bay.
Itinerary
Day 1
Leave London
Heathrow Airport by Air Canada via Toronto to Winnipeg. On arrival your Tour
Manager will meet you and take you to the Hilton Suites Winnipeg.

Day 2
Winnipeg lies
at the geographical centre of Canada. Our city sightseeing includes a visit
to the superb Museum of Man and Nature. Tonight there will be a welcome
dinner.

Day 3
Transfer to the airport for the
morning flight to Churchill, a former trading post on the Hudson Bay.
Afternoon sightseeing tour of the town, including a visit to the Eskimo
Museum. Our accommodation in Churchill for 4 nights is at the Aurora Inn.

Day 4-6
The polar bears come to shore near Churchill as the ice melts and our journey takes us across the tundra wilderness in search of these magnificent and very unique predators. A full day is spent on the icy tundra in specially-designed vehicles to witness the polar bear migration. During the day, it may be possible (weather permitting) to take an optional 1 hour helicopter ride for an aerial view of this amazing phenomenon, and when night has fallen, there will be an excursion to hopefully view (weather permitting) the incredible Northern Lights as they illuminate the Arctic Skies.

Fly back to Winnipeg for overnight at
the Hilton Suites. A farewell dinner has been arranged.

At leisure
until the early afternoon departure by Air Canada via Toronto to London.

Arrive London
Heathrow in the morning.
